“Let no one ever come to you without leaving better …” This quote from Mother Teresa can easily be applied to Cat. In addition to being an outstanding and highly skilled clinician, she genuinely cares. She listens. Her approach is collaborative. She has provided me with invaluable education and insight. She has given me hope. I now feel empowered to literally and figuratively move forward with confidence. I am grateful and definitely better.

Dr. Cat's knowledge is outstanding! Not only is she a fantastic PT, she listens to anything that is going on in my life.I met her years ago when I hurt my back, and at our session this week, she kindly reminded me that when she met me I could not run, and this past week, I ran a 10K, and ran it in great time. I needed that reminder of how far I have come!I also appreciate that she gives me encouragement in what I can still do, and how hard I can push. I never forget to do my exercises upon waking up!I highly recommend Dr. Cat!

After years of dealing with chronic pain, and going to the best neurologist’s in the nation, I can confidently say that Dr. Cat is a well trained and knowledgeable physician. Over the years that I’ve known her, she has helped me tremendously with my migraines on so many levels she has given me my life back.She is truly a gift from God!!
