My friends and I did a girls trip to Scottsdale and stayed at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort. We had decided to do a spa day on one of the days, and called to book our appointments, upon which we were told two of us can do the massage plus facials package at the same time and the other person would have to do a facial and mani/pedi package, due to not enough staff. One of my friends and I both had our massage done at the same time while our other friend had her facial done. Once the service was completed, we lounged in the waiting area and two of us had to wait another hour before our next service would start. This was a little annoying because we were not expecting both of us to have to wait. Anyways, I had my facial done next and it was the most rushed experience ever. The facial was completed in no more than 35 minutes, with the steam blowing in the air instead of my face, there were minimal extractions, and overall not a facial worth $109. I would never recommend getting a facial here, and I've had many facials at other spas before. Also, the 20% gratuity is added on top of the $109 facial and I was not told I can adjust it, but rather I can add additional gratuity to this.

My daughter and I had a lovely time at this spa. We were staying at the Royal Palms, but like most of the spas in the area, the minimum age there for most of the services is 18. We found this spa because it is one of the few who permit 16-year olds. Huge plus!! We had cupping massages, a body polish, vitality scrub, and cbd manis and pedis. We enjoyed every minute. The locker room and treatment areas were on the small side, but that added to the charm. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Out of all of our technicians, Amanda stood out the most. Her work was meticulous and she was so very personable. We chatted about everything and she had me cracking up. She was a HOOT! We were like old friends when it was time for us to leave. Definitely ask for her for your mani-pedi. The only complaint I have, and it’s minor, is that the music from the pool area was competing with the spa music, and that got obnoxious. We could hear both the entire time, and that was anything but relaxing. If management is reading this, that’s an opportunity for improvement. Other than that, I highly recommend this cute little spa!

On a corona-cation and saw that this lovely place was open while adhering to temp checks, sanitization & mask wearing. With the crazy pandemic going on, this was by far the best massage/facial experience I've received. I received the "Best of Both" treatment and both my massage therapist & my esthetician were knowledgeable, personable and gave me an overall amazing experience. Whenever I am in Arizona, I will definitely make this a must stop to come visit. Thank you so much Ashley, Alyssa & Lindi! You guys have hands of gold and we loved every second with our experiences!
