I've been working with Ralph and the Genius Truck for over a year and can't say enough about the great overall service and attention to detail - I've combined my yard service, pool service,window cleaning and pest services into one convenient bill thats easily 35% percent less than individual services if not more. So you get lower costs, equal or better service, one source and one automated bill with a weekly report emailed to you to show the work was done and point out any issues - Genius! PS - Ralph has been very responsive and helped with what I call "off the menu" items - for instance when my Old Pool Filter split and failed - Ralph and team where there with the best new filter options at the best price, installed and running in 1 day!

We've been doing business with The Genius Truck now for 1.5 years and I am happy to say that I would highly recommend this business to anyone! We have the full service - pool and landscaping. I can count on them to show up each week and do a great job. And when I have had a special request for additional services, they have met that need, too, to my satisfaction. There has been only 1 time that we had a small problem with a service...and Ralph, the owner, was immediately attentive to the issue, had the service crewman call me with an explanation that met my approval, and the issue was resolved within 24 hours. I judge a business not only on their work but on their customer service...and the customer service that you will receive from the Genius Truck is top-notch!

The Genius Truck has done a great job. I have been on the Full Package for over a month now and they continue to do great work. It was hard to make a change from all the regular providers but I am happy so far. Less people around and the dog loves that.
