We went to Animal Medical & Surgical Center when referred by my primary vet, due to my dog, Rylee, having a spontaneous pneumothorax. He was my baby and the love of my life. Even though he did not make it, Animal Medical & Surgical Center did absolutely everything they could to save him and provide us with the most compassionate care possible. I was able to spend the majority of his time at the hospital by his side, so neither of us had to be alone. The quality of service and empathetic care provided to both of us was immeasurable. Okay this is an honest rating from a 19 year old girl who was in so much stress and crying uncontrollably because my cat jumped off my damn balcony and I thought he was really hurt so I rushed him in at like 1 in the morning and I couldn't find the entrance so I called and all I see is this lady running out to help me (and I'm by myself) I'm like omg this lady is so nice so I'm crying even harder and I get my cat inside and all the people there are so nice and actually made me feel like I was in a room with my sisters because they were all just good people and easy to talk to they made sure he was okay just a scratch on his butt but honestly anyone... read full review
