As for the "father-in-law" speaking for his "son-in-law" who obviously isn't ADULT enough to speak for himself, you can get 19 tattooes and and not have an allergic reaction, get that 20th one and have an allergic reaction, doesn't mean the ink is bad, it could have been medication her was on etc many factors go into an allergic reaction.
