The first pair of Rx sunglasses did not work for me. They could not be sized small enough. The staff took a lot of time to help me pick out another pair of glasses. I’m not that picky, but I guess I have a small face which made it a little more challenging. There is a large selection of name brand quality glasses

I reluctantly walked into Target Optical thinking I would get the same run around as I had at two other chain optical stores that I had recently been at. Much to my surprise, Jason at Target Optical, made my experience the best I have ever had. I have read the 5* reviews left by other customers and agree with all they said! Moreover, Jason was able to explain and find insurance benefits where others had not. I found him to be confidently knowledgeable and he was able to show me how to best use my benefits. Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations. I had an extraordinary experience at Target Optical, all thanks to the manager, Jason. I was facing a challenging situation due to a mix-up at a different Target Optical location, and it seemed like a resolution was nowhere in sight. That's when Jason stepped in. Not only did he take it upon himself to address the issue, but he also went above and beyond to ensure it was resolved to my complete satisfaction.Jason's dedication to customer service is nothing short of outstanding.
