Great experience with SW.. they had the lowest price estimates out of all of the surgical facilities I called. They even refunded over a grand bc they didn't use all the drugs/equipment they thought they might. They took my dog over night and gave me real time updates and sent me pictures. Follow ups were great. I couldn't recommend them more.
Our sweet 6 year old lab Cinder dislocated her hip and needed to have surgery. We were so nervous but the moment we arrived at SWVS the staff were amazing and made us feel so much better about the process. Dr Roberts is extremely knowledgeable and we knew right away that our girl was in the best hands. We had no doubts about the surgery and could not have been more pleased with the doctor and all of the staff. I received updates when she was going into surgery and wonderful communication afterwards and into the evening. No one wants to be in the position to take their pet to a surgical service but if they have to this is the place . We traveled 3 1/2 hours with our little baby and they are so friendly, accommodating and thorough. They take time to listen and answer all your questions.
