Okay so I just have such mixed feelings about this nail salon. I love having my nails done, but I absolutely hate taking 2 hours of my day doing it lol. But I’ve had enough dip manicures done in my life time to know the correct process and understand to do it right and have quality nails, it’s a long process. Here, they definitely rush and cut corners. I deep down cringe when they do my nails because they do it so lazy and just try to get me out but I hate to complain because I’m in and out of there in 30 mins for a manicure, and less than an hour for both mani/pedi and for very good price for Scottsdale. The service I received was amazing! The price point is very reasonable.. I thought I was going to spend quite a bit more. Which worked out great because then I was able to leave a better tip &; still save a few dollars. My tootsies are amazing ?
Called ahead to see if two walk ins were available. Got seated almost immediately, everyone in establishment very nice and welcoming with smiles. Megan who did my pedicure was very sweet. Asked for a black french tip pedicure with gel. No designs or extra components.
My problem lies within the exit process. My nail technician Megan said 45$ for mine, then as soon as I got to the desk with my partner a random employee who had said nothing the entire time to me yelled to the front desk “hers 65$” extremely weird and rude without any real explanation or even getting up from her chair. Turned out to be 65$ for just that one pedicure. So prices not competitive... read full review
