I have been coming to salon Zoya for 7 years now. Halla is so amazing that my whole family comes to her now. Julie the owner is really nice and a great stylist also. Highly recommended both. I have done everything from color changes to corrections, extensions etc
After moving out to AZ years ago, I found Halla Delly & I'm so glad that I did. I followed her here to Salon Zoya from another place. She's the absolute best!
