Cynthia is an extraordinary hair stylist. She has an innate skill for cutting snd styling. Her hair color technique is exceptional. I’ve referred many people to her because people look at me and say “wow your hair looks fabulous! Color and style is perfect”. And yes, I highly recommend Cynthia!
