From the clean and well decorated office to the staff that starts from the front desk(the genuinely sweet receptionist made it instantly welcoming environment and was quick to assist me when needed) to the Dr who met me on my only available day which wasn't one he usually sees patients on for A 1ST VISIT. Its rare and refreshing to see a patient 1st mentality to that degree still in play these days. While I hope my results don't need surgery, if I went that route it would be here.
I consulted with doctor Mohamed abdulhalmin and he was very pleasant and transparent about my situation even though I was told my situation was risky by having a needle that had been broken off In my L5-S1 spinal canal from a surgical post-OP procedure in the state of Washington in 2016, would be to high of a risk to take on this procedure. He made me know that he really cared about my welfare in the long run and I can cope with his heartfelt gratitude.Thanks
I was immediately welcomed by all of the ladies at the front desk. They made eye contact & greeted me with a friendly & welcoming smile! The office is immaculate. I felt like I was at an art exhibit, the doctor & office manager have superior taste.
I saw Dr. Abdulhamid and I cannot express my gratitude, he spent his time in explaining to me his findings. He was patient and never made me feel rushed. He presented my radiographic images, and pointed out the root of each of my issues. I left feeling heard, and I for once understood my issues.
