I called around to a few jewelry stores trying to find someone who could convert an antique earring traditional post into a flatback. It has special meaning to me but has always bothered me when sleeping, as I wear it in a cartilage piercing. Alyssa knew exactly what I was talking about and even went as far to bring in some of her own flatbacks to show the jeweler. They had it back to me within a week, and I've had my first week of comfortable sleep while wearing it in 30 years. Thank you for the quick and gracious service.

I was in town visiting and dropped in to get the annual service for our rings. I did not have an appointment, so I was going in hoping they'd be able to take care of it that day. I like that it's a secure building but still with an air of welcoming. The agent who assisted us was very kind and friendly. They were able to complete the service in an hour - which she had said it would be. They have a very comfortable waiting area with water, tea, coffee and a TV where you can control the channels yourself. The whole facility was pristine - even the bathrooms.
