Trudy at the North Scottsdale location was very kind and helpful. She held the door open for another 3 minutes after close so I could pick up my suits. Very good service, clothes came out clean.
I see a lot of negative reviews but I've never had a bad experience here. The prices are not cheap, but the quality is excellent and the staff is very friendly. That, plus the drive-thru and quick turn-around time make this place worth it.
