Fantastic customer service! Jacob and Jason came to diagnose some problems I was having with a fan. They took it apart, rebuilt it, tested it, and determined a replacement needed to be ordered. They came back and installed the new one, and took extra time to test it in all modes before departing. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable--I highly recommend this service department!

After shopping at several other stores in Scottsdale and Phoenix we tried Premier. So glad we did. We quickly found items that were similar to what we wanted and Norma helped us customize the lights we wanted. I made a mistake in size and needed to swap out and she was able to help me fix that and we still got it done on time! We will go back when we are ready to replace the other lights.

The sales and delivery crew are all top notch..Norma in sales always goes the extra milePaul and the delivery crew went out of their way to rush an order for installation.Nothing but good experiences.
