The owner Josh Evans actually after seeing the review started attacking me with verbal abuse. This is not the kinda person you want to do business with much less showing up to your home unattended. False advertising and rude. They say they are open when they're not. I called to ask for services and get a random text saying they're not open. I let them know that their listing shows that they ARE open and the hours show they're open are 7am to 6pm 7 days a week. Then get a rude response we're not open. As a business owner I simply gave him some advice he might want to update his Google listing only to receive rude responses. Very unprofessional.

Terribly ran company, stay away! The owner Josh is generally rude, unpleasant, disorganized, carries an attitude and is disrespectful. They “serviced” our pool for about 6 months and sent only one bill due to the lack of organization. We had multiple weeks with different techs showing up twice in the same week because they didn’t know the other was coming. As we have dogs, this was troublesome and we requested that they come on the same day of the week each week. I have never encountered a small business as unprofessional as this one. Dear God where do I start. We had a leak an air leak and the guy that came to check it out was borderline incompetent and psychotic. Not even joking. I asked for him to explain the issue to me so I could report it to Old Republic and this fool copped an attitude and spoke to me as if I was an enemy. I couldn't believe it. after I kindly told him how I felt I stepped away and called the owner, Josh. What a mistake that was. Josh Interrupted me telling him that his employe was in my backyard throwing a tantrum (literally) throwing water and buckets, he claimed "He's tired, it's hot, and you're nit-picking." I very, unprofessionally told him to F off and fired him. A minute after hanging up he sends me a $787 bill and refuses to show me the evidence of why I owe that. These dudes are children with ego and anger problems. They won't last long.
