Scott is great and his wife is a joy to talk to on the phone. He has done a lot of our work and we have not had any issues however I totally trust he would come out right away to fix whatever your issue is. I really doubt the bad review left was for the correct company. They would not have done this or he would come back and repair it.

One of our bathroom faucets developed a leak this past weekend. Tried to fix it myself but not familiar enough with the plumbing, given we just moved in last month. Searching Google, I came across Plumbing Connection - spoke to Lisa, who was very friendly. Her husband, Scott, was already in the general neighborhood and could come out within a few hours. Scott arrived as scheduled and fixed the leaky faucet, replaced a corroded pop-up drain, and answered my questions. Quick service and reasonably priced = Recommended!
