Celia is the best. I've been going to her for years. She's a sweetheart and by far the best hairstylist I've ever been to. Why someone would give her 1 star when he didn't even have an appointment with her is beyond me!!!!
I had been waiting to give my hair a new look and I'm so happy with the results!!! Even my husband can't believe the transformation. Celia is the best and I will continue to use her expertise and talent.
