Louella’s facial was exceptional good. Her technique is gentle, soothing, yet my skin felt so firm and moist afterwards. Was so impressed with the skin care products she used, I ordered up some. Want to have Louella work on my skin well into the future.
Have had numerous facials in my 74 years, but Louella ‘s one hour facial was one of the best. Her massages kept my skin tight for about a week , and the combination of scrubs, toning and moisturizers, kept it glowing even longer. I told her she had “magic fingers” and can’t wait for my next one.
I had an amazing experience at Penrose with Alena Parra! She made me feel comfortable during the appointment while explaining thoroughly what she was doing each step of the way. She reassured the temperature was just right every time while waxing. The eyebrow and eyelash tinting wast the perfect color. Thank you so much! Definitely looking forward to any future appointments.
