We recently had our roof replaced through Paragon, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Project manager Sean Smith was incredibly easy to work with. He walked us through every step of the process, ensuring we understood what was happening and what to expect. Sean was very responsive to our questions and concerns, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. Our house looks spectacular now, and we highly recommend Paragon and Sean Smith for any roofing needs.

We worked with Jacee Fosholt. He was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing as well as the insurance side. Any question we had, he had the answer. He was also reliable and kept in touch with us keeping us updated as the work went along. The crew that he had did awesome work. They all kept busy doing something and the quality of the work is top notch. Jacee and Savannah, the insurance agent, made this whole experience easy and painless and very fast. We are definitely happy and have a beautiful roof. Have to give kudos to Farmers Ins. They were great to work with.

Jacee Fosholt is the best, he was on top of everything, within a week after the check we had a new roof, the crew was efficient and here from sunup to sundown! Roof was done in a day and a half. It looks great!! Recommended!
