My fiancé proposed to me here and the staff was so awesome and accommodating and helped him pull off the perfect surprise. Beautiful location for pictures and the property is huge with multiple cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend.
What a beautiful resort! You feel like you have been whisked away to the Spanish countryside! Camelback Mtn is the back drop. The pools are beautiful! Many dining and bar options. Amazing stand up showers and soaker tubs in every room. The spa is complete zen so spoil yourself with a treatment. The staff is great (Jerry the bellman) and friendly. Excited to return!
I would give this place a million stars. And that's with two rooms AC breaking. The staff is TRULY incredible. They gave us the best experience possible. The food...so good!!! We went out to dinner one night and it was nowhere close to as good as this place. It was our anniversary and I can't tell you how sweet it was that you all showered us with gifts and kindness and we truly cannot wait to come back. Just to name a few incredible people there...Andrew and his incredible Prado staff, Javier, Chris, Gina, Scott, Joe, Jerry, Patty. We can't wait to come back!!! Thank you so much for the best time!!
