The optometrist was wonderful, but the man who was helping me order a pair of glasses kept asking about adding on additional things, and i was only told of extra money added on when I asked. When the glasses would cost way too much I decided not to get them. He just wasn’t a very personable person. I also told him I had already met my out of pocket and deductible, and didn’t even try to verify if I didn’t have to pay the copay.
I love working with Dr. Sang and make the drive across town to do so despite us having moved a lot farther away. She's the reason we utilize Nationwide and at her location. Not a fan of Nationwide otherwise and when there only use up what I have available through my insurance. This is why the 4 vs. 5.
I’ve been a patient here since I started wearing contact lenses four years ago. Although I have moved twice already, I make sure to come back to this location every year for my check up and lenses. I always get the best care and the staff is super nice.
