Mr. Sparky Scottsdale has stolen $300 from me. They did not dispatch an emergency tech. Nobody showed up to my house. No service was performed. I needed an emergency tech on Sunday. They said since it's Sunday it's the $300 - I paid it - 5 minutes later I called back to cancel. They refused to refund me my money. What did I pay for? I've paid $300 for a phone call? Their number one guarantee is that if you aren't happy with their service, you don't pay a dime. I had no service done, first of all. Secondly, I was not informed that this was non refundable. I was not told " if you get your power back up and don't require our services - you still pay. " I would have NEVER paid for that. I am very disappointed. That is extremely predatory business. So who got paid that $300 for nothing? I want to know how this is even legal. I will be leaving a review on every possible platform. I will be in touch with the better business bureau. I will look into suing this company. I will make sure everyone I know does not consider this company. If the owner would like to make this right with me - I will reconsider all of my reviews and steps that I will be taking. I am not the person to mess with.
