I have been getting my hair cut by Bruce the last 5 haircuts or so. Why? Story time: I have this friend named Lindsay who always has the most perfect hair. Layers in just the right places, always looking great whether it's styled or not, clean or dirty, freshly cut or in need of a trim. Yes, we all know someone like this and I needed to know her secret. I cornered her one day and she reluctantly gave me MelRuce's number. Her secret was out. My days of mediocre hair have finally come to an end! I have always been someone who rarely styles my hair, not because it looked that great non styled, more because it never looked right when I did. My first visit was filled with new stylist fears and trepidation but as soon as I walked through the door and met Bruce those worries melted away. Bruce is a cool guy, with cool hair, and a cool shop, and cuts hair skillfully and fast. I am notorious for micromanaging my hair stylists and after showing Bruce a picture I intrinsically trusted him to cut it right. I bit my tongue while he worked his magic. He is fast! Not too fast but more deliberate, he really knows what he is doing and does it right the first time. The result for me is beautiful mid-length hair with strategic layers that looks great after it dries naturally, straight and curled. I always wondered how some girls have such great hair and now know they must be going to MelRuce!
