They are polite, attentive and always concerned with my concerns and address them all. The staff goes above and beyond. This is why I have coverage which covers the Mayo Clinic. Best in the business and the staff constantly shows it.

I have been with this office for a long time, pleased with their quality services most time. But lately I found their quality care seems slipping. The first prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After more messages and phone calls, they said they had to get it authorized to correct their mistake. Not sure I understood the logic.

I had such a great experience with them yesterday. The doctor was kind, prompt, and knowledgeable, and the lab got all of my tests done super quick, all same day. Dr. Grover will go above and beyond, and he is very friendly. All of the scheduling people very very kind too. What a great place.
