This was my first time having both of these procedures done but she thoroughly explained the process and expected results, so there where no surprises. She took extra steps to avoid any skin irritation since I told her I have sensitive skin and have had issues in the past with waxing and threading. We also discussed other concerns I have about my skin and ways I can combat those issues. She is so knowledgeable and personable. I felt super confident in her abilities. “Kathleen is a fabulous, high-end stylist and down to earth at the same time. She's a master teacher and a brand ambassador and travels the world showing others HOW TO CUT HAIR. Whenever I walk out of her studio I feel (and look!) like a movie star. She's incredibly patient and performs amazing blow outs. She has online scheduling but I've asked for a last minute appt once in a while and she was able to fit me in when someone else canceled. Ample parking. Easy to find. GREAT pricing for the skillful stylist you get to sit in front of. I travel a great distance to work with her because I won't let anyone else cut my hair. I'm very serious about this. No one touches my hair except Kathleen.“
