Lucas has strong knowledge in all aspects of training including diet, strength training, flexibility and a number of other areas to help in achieving your established goals. Mr. Lucas James was instrumental in helping me look and feel great for my wedding. Not only did he recommend and push my workouts, he didn't hold back on emphasizing the significance of a clean diet. Additionally, his dietician named Mary was great in trying to keep me compliant (which was a challenge from my perspective lol) Long story short, I am very happy with his team, and would recommend anyone to trust his words of executive personal training and wisdom.

Lucas is the best personal trainer you can hire in Scottsdale. His service is exceptional. His plans are detailed and he explains everything you’re doing so you understand the purpose. His workouts are dynamic and fun, challenging and impactful. He is always quick to respond to questions and sends you workouts to do on off days! His tracking system (weight loss, fat loss, body fat %) is state of the art and he uses technology no one else offers. He is well with the money and an investment in yourself is one the most important one! His gym is beautiful but, if you live in the area he will come train you at your gym!
