Extremely unprofessional business. They assured me that the lights I was purchasing would work with my fixtures, when they didn’t they charged me 30% restocking fee. I don’t understand how they can claim they know what they’re talking about, and then take advantage of customers built on their mistake. Absolutely would not recommend this business to anybody.
They will rip you off!They claimed LED bulbs would work with my fixtures, I asked specifically if they would, they said yes AGAIN. I bought them for $1100, and they did NOT work. I return them as they had provided me with false information and charged me a 30% restocking fee.
They have everything and can order the rest. Staff is long term and know everything. Very helpful in trying to replace a broken shade that went out of production several years ago. Very convenient location in Scottsdale.
