This is not a day spa. It's better! You go here if you want relief from pain and super tight muscles so your body can move easily again. Mitch has worked on my body 4 times now and I feel better after every massage. For over two years I had been looking for a great massage therapist that knows the body and knows myofascial release and I'm so glad I found Mitch. He is professional and checks in on what areas I'd like to focus on before the session. He also checks in on how the pressure is during the session The space is clean, parking is easy and he has always been on time. Highly, highly recommend!
Mitch is an exceptional Therapist. His knowledge of anatomy allows for a precise assessment of acute areas of dysfunction. His technique is unparalleled and not a minute of time is wasted during a session. I can’t recommend Mitch and Keystone enough!
My first session exceeded expectations with a newer therapist. First of all, I called this morning and got in the same afternoon. I need myofascia release in a big way. But today Ms Willams focused on deep tissue. Glad I smelled make up and mascara. I wasn't going in to relax after all - I need my 60 year old body to unwind and I knew it would hurt. Azeontoinette (Auzwan-tonette?) was serious and focused, working in her intuitive light and she found a lot to work on. Exactly as I needed. Returning next week. And the week after, probably twice.
