Karl is perhaps the most knowledgable and honorable AC/Heating professional you'll ever come across. He's supported our systems for at least 10 years now and has always provided practical solutions to each problem. My latest issue was our main 5-ton system struggling to keep temps down during our cooker months in the summer. We had a leak in the coolant line that he addressed and got the charge back to normal. The system was 16 years old, however, so while his fix got me through the summer season, he made a plan to replace my system during the winter, which we just did.
