Karl is perhaps the most knowledgable and honorable AC/Heating professional you'll ever come across. He's supported our systems for at least 10 years now and has always provided practical solutions to each problem. My latest issue was our main 5-ton system struggling to keep temps down during our cooker months in the summer. We had a leak in the coolant line that he addressed and got the charge back to normal. The system was 16 years old, however, so while his fix got me through the summer season, he made a plan to replace my system during the winter, which we just did. Karl’s work is impeccable! He recently had to replace my entire air/furnace and he did a fantastic job. What impressed me the most was his honesty, friendliness and knowledge of what I needed and didn’t pressure me into any decisions. I would recommend Karl to anyone needing maintenance, service or replacement. I have already shared his name with friends that are in need of service!

Karl Mayer is a master of his craft. Thank you for sorting out a new proper unit on 2022 Memorial holiday week. The hottest time of the year of course the 20 year old Rudd compressor seized. The new American Standard unit is...new and wonderful. Family is comfortable and happy again.
