I had John come out to Sun City to bid on major trimming on two XXL mesquite trees (30+ ft tall) that my mother had neglected for over 10 years. His professionalism and thorough explanation of how he would trim the trees, and maintain them in the future, won him the job even though I had a quote from a drive-by yard service guy that was a few hundred dollars less. (Sun City has many yard service crews that troll around looking for work).Because I was out of town when the work was done John sent pics. Everything looked great so I sent payment electronically.
