Both of my kids see Dr. Bienstock and we love her! She is very kind and thorough. She doesn’t upsell unnecessary procedures that a lot of dental offices do. I appreciate her honesty and happy demeanor. My kids take to her very well which makes a world of difference as they are 1 and 2.5 years old. I highly recommend her and this office!
Everyone at Ironwood has been amazing! I would like to give Ericka a major shout out. Her work ethic is beyond amazing. She has been so supportive and wonderful to work with in a difficult situation with my granddaughter. I can’t thank her enough! She definitely deserves a raise.
I brought my level three autistic daughter for cleaning and X-rays today, and had a wonderful experience. My daughter is non-verbal and it can be extremely difficult to have her sit still for these appointments. The staff was welcoming, understanding and very patient with my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised to feel this way as many offices become naturally overwhelmed by my daughter’s stimming. Thank you so much for making my daughter feel so comfortable, to where we were actually (for the first time) able to sit through a full cleaning.
