Years ago I bought my wife a 10 pack of hot yoga university and she graduated to a membership. I’ve been working out a lot lately and needed to get a better stretch in to increase mobility. I started doing drop-ins and graduated to a 10 pack. I love it! It’s the perfect balance to lifting.I sweat a gallon age drink a gallon of water. The instructors are knowledgeable and the facilities are clean. A+, Top Notch, I recommend!

Excellent session , I enjoyed the class as well as enjoyed the heat inside the class. Lots of great stretches/poses that helped alleviate my pain in my ankle. It was a new experience I never have done yoga in my life. Especially heated but it’s something that I can get on board with doing I enjoyed my time. Thanks for the great class Veronica, and thanks for teaching me nicely when I was not certain, appreciate the positivity!

Been going here about 2 months. Great instructors all are knowledgeable and give great directions during class. Every one. Really good price 99 a month unlimited is a great deal. Recommend.
