The staff were excellent and very patient in explaining all the details of my mom's service and funeral arrangements. I found them to be fair and honest. Even though my mom prepaid for everything years before her passing, Green Acres sent me a sizeable refund check for an overpayment their financial department found rather than rationalizing to keep it.My family was impressed with their service and we will also be layed to rest there.
Alexis at Green Acres was lovely to work with. She has a perfect personality to work with people who are grieving. I am so grateful that over 20 years ago we bought pre-need insurance. The follow through was noteworthy.
We held my mother's Celebration of Life at Green Acres in their main Chapel on Veterans Day 2023. I was greatly impressed with the staff and their resources. Our main point of contact was Alexis. Alexis was very professional while also being extremely thoughtful! I was amazed at their constant availability as well as flexibility as we tended to the many details involved with such an occasion. Admittedly we were very fortunate in that we could afford to purchase the package that provided the catered lunch and flowers.
