Glenn, is the best. He is professional, funny and very competent. He was able to fix everything for my law firm: Set-up new computer and printer, establish scan files, and reprogram IPAD with everything I needed. He is always prompt and is simply an exemplary employee with an enviable skill set.
Our technician, Diego, was prompt, courteous, and professional during our contact with him. He was able to figure out and reverse what I had done to the OS within a matter of seconds. I called Geeks2You this morning when all of my email disappeared. Two hours later, Seth was at the door. One hour after that, he had done a lot of trouble shooting, made a call to Bluehost and then to Microsoft Outlook.
Seth was working with the Support person on each call for about 15 to 20 minutes. After one hour working on my computer, he got my email reactivated and I could get back to work!
I work with computers a lot, but I never could have done what he did on my own!
