I've been working with Frank now for over 6 months and I lost 20 pounds so far and I feel great with the exercise plan and the intermittent fasting and nutritious shakes that he recommends. He is very accommodating and flexible which is great since there's lots of foods I don't like or cannot eat. Also he helps keep the mind focused, positive, and motivated. Looking forward to working with Frank and seeing what I can accomplish the next 6 months!

Frank is an great fitness trainer. I was looking for online personal training and he helped big time. I learned how to properly intermittent fast and eat healthy. I loss fat and gained muscle. Thanks Frank!
