Buying flowers for someone out of town is always a bit risky; I went through my local florist in a different state and paid for a “florist choice” type arrangement. I had hoped my local florist, whom I buy from frequently and trust, would have communicated what I wanted with Flowers by Coley (they picked this shop, not me) and my friend would get a lovely bouquet.They did not communicate at all, and the flowers initially delivered were disappointing; they were not arranged well and seemed haphazardly put together, lacking any theme or cohesion.
