First Impression Security Doors

Four years ago I purchased French doors from First Impression and decided to have screen instead of the mesh so that I would be able to see through it a little better. My cat loved to look out the door and I didn't have to worry about her going outside. This year I decided to get a smart lock but wanted the door to be more secure especially since my interior doors are glass. I ordered the smart lock as well as the mesh from First Impression and was excited to be able to use it with my phone app. Unfortunately, the lock I purchased would not work without purchasing a hub. We have worked with First Impressions twice. The first time was for a security door at our last house. The door was gorgeous and sound, and customer service was excellent. When we needed a new door and gates at our current house, there was no question we’d go with FII again. As before, the work is superb and costumer service has been quick, friendly, and thorough.I don’t plan on moving again, but I know who will make and install the door if I do. You can see we picked very different varieties. Very different vibes, and I think they are both so beautiful. A first-rate experience from start to finish. First Impressions is very detailed with on-site visits, options, digital renderings, and CAD diagrams with precise measurements. Very responsive to questions and clarifications. Work was performed on time and as promised. Reliably came for minor adjustments. New door and front gate are terrific. Customer service outstanding. Special commendation for Jorge whose on-site adjustments show his experience and dedication. Highly recommend.
