F&F operate at a completely different level than other carpet/couch cleaners we have used in the past.
We spent good money on a very nice couch and it was time to do some "maintenance". Well we probably waited longer than we should have. I never though our couch would be as dirty as it was.
From the first call, Judy (I believe) was awesome. Sent over pics for a quote, set us up for service the same week. I was hoping for it to be the same week, but was not expecting that.

I could not be happier. F&F Carpet is amazing from customer service to the quality of their work! They picked up two rugs from my home, one which was heavily soiled. Both came back looking amazing!! I highly recommend F&F and I will definitely be calling on them in the future!

Company is run by people who really know rugs and how to care for them. Their knowledge is deep and wide. Came to the house to examine the rugs and provide an estimate. Packaged up the rugs very carefully. When the work concluded and rugs returned, they were in tiptop shape. Couldn't believe the difference after they were cleaned. For all the work and care they provide, reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
