Wonderful staff and Dr. U is the best! My dog had "unhealing ulcers" in BOTH eyes. After weeks of eye drops not working, we proceeded to bring him in for surgery. On the second visit, it was determined that his one eye had healed completely and the other one was on its way to recovery as well! Based on this, she suggested he stay on the eye drops for another 6 weeks to see how things progress. She said he is in no pain and not in a hurry to have anything further done unless this one doesn't heal. Such a refreshing change from so many vets' offices that are willing to just take your money despite the dog's condition. Highly recommend!!
By the recommendation from our vet in Sedona we made the two hour drive to see Dr. Urbanz about our Luna’s eye issue. From the doctor to the staff, everyone was incredibly nice and treated our little Luna like she was the only pet in the office! After the examination Dr. Urbanz presented her findings and a solution to Luna’s issue and we were on our way. It’s been about four days now and Luna’s eye issue has greatly improved!This is the kind of experience and outcome we always look for, if I could give 10 Stars I would.Thanks again for the excellent service provided.
I cannot say enough great things about ECFA! From the receptionists, all the way to Dr. Urbanz, and everybody in between,they were all phenomenal! They gave my puppy the best care, way better than I even hoped for. He has Entropion and a heart condition, so they were very careful to take extra precautions to make sure he was safe throughout his surgery. The difference it made in his eye sight was immediate, he is much happier now and obviously not in the pain he had previously. He even got a fun toy for the car ride home! Thank you to everyone at ECFA for your exceptional care for Wolf!
