The owner, Yuri, is great! He’s an expert and works very quickly! I’ve brought a few things in for repair. This time, I brought in nice luggage that was starting to rip at the seam. Yuri quickly fixed and secured the zipper seam. It was urgent because we are going on a trip early next week so always appreciate the quick and efficient service. Definitely recommend for any repair needs!! 10/10

This Expert Repair Shop is a first class business. Yuri is knowledgeable about the items he works on, and is more than willing to take extra time to help you. Sometimes you can just wait for repair, and while you wait, there is a wonderful browse-case filled with watches and jewelry and other miscellaneous treasures to keep you entertained and engaged until your repair is perfectly done. The suitcase he repaired for me with new wheels is totally ready to "roll". I appreciate all the ways this shop can help me!
