Showroom closed for remodeling when I visited on May 23, 2022. Will call is open and staffed. I was told they could pull samples and order for me. For browsing a showroom, I was told the Phoenix and Glendale locations are open.

I’m in the design industry, so I frequent Emser and is always a go to. They have great tile options for kitchen backsplash, shower tile/flooring all at very competitive pricing. They’re always helpful answering any questions or getting samples. Nothing I’ve ordered was a special order, and usually everything comes extremely fast. We typically work with Michelle and love her. She’s super responsive and helpful in anyway.

Michelle Burt at the Scottsdale Showroom is a treasure. As a designer, I think I know exactly what I want, but having someone with an uncanny sense of design to talk to is an incredible benefit. Michelle does many high end custom projects and knows the latest and best use for all materials. I trust her extensive knowledge of her products as well as her understanding of trends and what is coming and what is OUT. She never inserts her ideas unless asked and has such a lovely way of helping, never intimidating and always on target.
