I would like to share some of my personal experience with Digital Saints.I called Chuck in the summer of 2022. I had done some work with him while he was working with Executive Digital and was very pleased with the work some years back. I needed to update my website and get back on track with SEO and so I reached out to Chuck and got on a plan with him.The first two months of my plan, I was traveling and unable to provide them with the information they needed to begin working. I have been a client of Digital Saints and their previous owner (Executive Digital) for several years. My experience, until just recently, has been positive. However, I regret that their services has dropped considerably. Digital Saints hosts our website. Our website is DOWN! This is detrimental to our business. I have tried to call them by dialing their corporate number listed on their website. It rings once and says, "the person you are trying to reach has a voicemail which has not been set up yet". There is no customer service or tech support number. So, I sent an email to their [email protected] email an it bounced. So, can't reach them that way.... read full review
