“A filling in one of my teeth fell out and the tooth became severely damaged. In order to urgently address the issue, I called the clinic as a new patient. Before proceeding with any treatment, I requested an approximate full-service quote for the installation of a crown.

They collected my insurance information, but no one ever got back to me. Two days later, I called the clinic again. A different receptionist answered the phone, and there was no record of my previous communication. The process repeated itself.

As a result, an entire week passed without any progress or resolution. This experience clearly indicates a lack of interest in acquiring new clients.

Update: The company called me back, it seems, there is a problem with their or mine phone system as I did not get amy messages or missed calls.“
