Great customer service! I was able to schedule cleaning the next day! I'm super happy with the quality provided too. My carpet in the master bedroom was significantly stained and now it looks like new! Thank you so much Chem-Dry!

Donald was able to come out to my apartment in Biltmore in less than 24 hrs for 3 separate intense stains (blood, espresso, pet poop) on a white polyester couch!! It t took him <1 hour and he was SUPER friendly!! Even better is that he was early!
