We purchased a sofa from Woodbridge Interiors in Scottsdale back in 2022. The sofa came with an area on the arm where the material had obviously been cut too short. We called the day of delivery 6-7-23 and its 1-3-24 and the couch is still in need of repair after a visit to take pictures, then a new arm piece was ordered. After waiting 6-8 weeks the piece was the wrong section. Then we waited again for the repair and late December it was repaired. The repair is not what anyone would expect for a $7100. 00 sofa. Some reviews have been a bit nasty because this isn't really open for sales to individual customers. I rarely like virtually everything I see in a furniture showroom, but that was the case here, with a number of "wow" items, as well. Not flash, just attractive, high quality items that I could easily imagine in my home. Also, staff was friendly, but it isn't meant as a retail showroom.

The furniture is definitely quality stuff, but don't come here to buy it. This place is for "the trade" only...and even though the Scottsdale Design District website says "consumers are welcome", you'll feel anything but welcome walking around here. Heck, even just asking for an interior design referral will get you laughed at. Waste of time.
