It was truly a life changing experience to learn what is actually going on in my body rather than assuming that I think my life style is making a difference. It confirmed many things I was doing well and opened my eyes in areas that needed some more serious change. I feel more connected to my body that ever before. I am now eating more protein based on my lean muscle mass, have made significant changes to my supplements to give my body more and less of what it needs, I have a better understanding of how to make the most out of my exercise routines based on my target heart rate goals, I am consuming less alcohol and have made huge strides is lowering my cortisol levels....read full review

Dr. Daniel and his team of professionals provided me with exceptional, expertise service. I’ve always considered myself really healthy. Dr. Daniel’s thorough examination reveal some critical areas I need to further investigate, that could be lifesaving. I appreciated his caring, professional staff, as well as their knowledge of health and wellness. An executive physical isn’t cheap. But neither is getting sick and having seriously poor health.I have no regrets. I’ve spent way more money on far less important things than my health and wellness.
