KINDNESS- is something rarely experienced when placing a flower delivery phone order from over 2,000 miles away. This is the ONLY florist I will ever use in AZ... and I live in FL. Despite being out of the office, I texted her color and flower ideas and 2 HRS LATER my coma-recovering friend had the MOST BEAUTIFUL HUGE 360* BOUQUET in her hands. I trust Blooms completely, not only with their flower selection, but with the thought that goes into each bouquet- it's truly an art. They're FAR better (and LESS EXPENSIVE) than any floral website and MUCH more easily accessible, affordable, with such a gorgeous and LONG-LASTING high end product. Roxy is a true artist. I placed my request for an order in the morning from the east coast to be delivered Tuesday to my beautiful girls office. I took a shot in the dark and called once she opened and left a message requesting if it was possible to be delivered Monday instal was of Tuesday since there was no option. And she said she wasNOT open but she would do it. Now that's customer service and made me feel special and happy I made the right decision. The arrangement was spectacular and was aligned with my standards. Thank you so much and I will be using her for ALL my flower needs moving forward.
