AMAZING! The owner was so great! The carpets came out soft (and not crunchy), my ivory outdoor sectional looks like new. My indoor furniture is clean (which is amazing with three kiddos). I called this company after reading 5 star reviews to try to have them quote spot cleaning the carpet at work. It's a small business. They always answered the phone (never got voice mails) and they were straight forward about the pricing. They gave me a good quote and they communicated multiple times between the time of quote and the time of cleaning to make sure everything was all set for the cleaning. They came out on time, measured the areas of cleaning, and gave us a quote that was even better than before. Russ runs a 5 star operation. I had a carpet that had 3 days of my poor dog being sick on it and Russ had it cleaned up in 45 minutes.He's a total pro. If he's booked, wait a day. He's worth it. Highly, highly recommended!
