Russell is so timely, professional, and understanding of my needs. I have a toddler and a dog, and he was able to get every stain out that has accumulated over the last year! He even cleaned our entire couch, and had it done so promptly, that it was dry by the time I got my son home from school. I have put off having this done because I thought it would be stressful and a nightmare, but this is the most pleasant experience, with the best results!

Called them to clean carpets and had one that was thought to be beyond salvaging. It had all kinds of solvents, ash, gun cleaning residue, and a few sodas had been ground in pretty well. Russ came in and cleaned it to the point that it looks good again. I was amazed at how good the stairs look as well. The rest of the job was not as dirty, but looks new again. The price was better than any estimate we got, and below the estimate for this job. Service was fast, and no sign they were here except for clean carpets! Would give more stars if I could!

Great service. Fast and great customer service. Owner came out and did it himself and my couch looks great especially after my toddler gets his hands on it. I would most def recommend this business to others. My couch also dried in a few hours a lot quicker than previous places that have came out to clean my couch. Thank you 5 stars
