Horrible. Paid $450 for my daughter's 28th birthday party for a professional blow out and curl of my two daughter' hair. Was assured they had top professional hair dressers. They sent a nice woman who literally did not know how to hold or handle a blow out brush. It was so bad, she gave up and my daughters rewashed their hair and did it themselves. So upsetting. We contacted the owner, Ms Olivares immediately. She refused to respond or refund. Do NOT use! We will likely be filing both a Better Business Bureau complaint and a civil suit. Such a disappointing experience.
Can't seem to get a hold of them. Called and texted the number on their website and left an Instagram message but no one will respond to me. Seems like a pretty bad way to do business. At least if you can't help, send a quick message letting the prospective client know? I'm trying to give you my money. I see the other bad reviews on here and now I understand. Go elsewhere with your business :)
I tried to utilize this business to get a manicure and a perm for our grandmother as a Christmas gift. She was in the hospital and too weak to be able to go to the salon. The communication with this business was a nightmare. For a perm and a manicure we prepaid almost $300 (with tip). On the day of our grandmother's appointment the beautician was a no call and no show. My family waited AN HOUR past the appointment time to call the business to ask where the beautician was. At that point they told our family that she had called in sick. After more Communication issues and blunders my grandmother finally received services weeks later.
